Body Sugaring
Sugaring is the ancient art of hair removal, a manual technique that has been practiced through the centuries by Egyptian women. It is environmentally safe and is the purest and most natural way to remove unwanted hair for today’s women and men. Products are 100% natural consisting of sugar and lemon juice and water. They are hypoallergenic, and excellent for eczema and psoriasis!
Shiatsu Massage
Shiatsu is a traditional Japanese massage therapy that uses gentle yet firm pressure, stretching, and soothing techniques to restore balance and promote natural healing in the body. The word Shiatsu means “finger pressure” in Japanese, and this therapy is rooted in Eastern medicine principles of energy flow (Qi).
During a Shiatsu session, the therapist uses fingers, palms, and sometimes elbows to apply rhythmic pressure along specific meridians (energy pathways) in the body. This helps release tension, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Welcome to Healing & Relaxing Massage. My name is Helen, and I am the proud owner and dedicated practitioner behind this space. I specialize in Body Sugaring and Massage (Japanese Shiatsu Therapeutic Massage).
I come from the beautiful countryside of Vietnam’s Mekong Delta, where I learned to value simplicity, care, and genuine human connection. Since 2016, I have devoted myself to massage therapy, and in 2020, I embraced sugaring with true passion and love. As a mother of two daughters, I understand the importance of well-being, balance, and taking time for ourselves.
